Warranty

All headsets come with a manufacture’s warranty.  The Plantronics headset have two different warranty.  The "H" and "P" series headsets and all corded adapters come with a 2 Year Warranty. All "M" series headsets and cordless adapters have a 1-year consumer warranty. Please give us a call if you believe you have a defective unit and we will help you determine if it’s under warranty and how to get it replaced.
