Shipping

If we receive your order Monday through Friday before 3pm EST, we will ship it out that same day.  If your order is received after 3pm, then it will be processed the next business day.  We observe all federal holidays and will not ship any order until the next business day.

If we are out of stock on a certain item, we will contact you and advise you of the delay.

If you need a tracking number for your package, please email our customer service department and provide your order number and we will be happy to give you that information.
