Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.  Please call us at (800) 296-2437 or email us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  RMA numbers will expire after 10 business days.  All shipments sent back to us without an RMA number on the outside packaging will be refused.

It is very important that you return your product with all of its original packaging. This includes manuals, cords, plastic bags and packaging ties. Sending your product back with all of its original packaging insures that your return will be completed without problems.

Failure to provide all material may cause for your return to be rejected and the product will be sent back to you. Please hold all packaging materials when you receive your order in case the return of your product is necessary.

Before sending your product back to us, please attach the RMA number to the outside of the box. You must also place a copy of the invoice on the inside of the shipment to show date of purchase.  Please do not write on the product box or on any of the manuals to ensure full credit.  RMA numbers should be written only on the outside packaging and not on product packaging.

We will process your return upon arrival and review your product to see if it fits specifications. Credit will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and evaluate your return. If your order does not meet the required qualifications, your product will be shipped back to you.
